Enroll In Class Using a Calendar

Action

1. 

Select the Employee Self-Service link.

2. 

Select the My Training link.

3. 

Select the Find Classroom Training link.

4. 

Roll your mouse over the blue course code links. When you roll over the link, you will see the course name, the start time, and the city in which the class is being held.

 

Select the course you want.

5. 

To see more information about the class which may help you decide if you want to enroll, select the activity name.

6. 

After reading the description, select the Return to Previous Page link.

7. 

Select the Submit Enrollment button.

8. 

You will receive a message that you are enrolled in the course. If the class is already full, you will receive notice that you are on a waitlist.

 

When you return to the My Learning page, the enrollment will show.

 

Should you need to drop the course, you would do so on the My Learning page. End.
